The International Journal of Legal Science and Innovation is published by VidhiAagaz, Maihar, Madhya Pradesh 485771, India.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to process and publish manuscripts: names, affiliations and contact details (postal address, email address and phone number), the ORCID iD where an author gives one, the manuscript files, and the details needed for payments and receipts. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay; we never store them.
How we use it
We use personal information to:
- process, review and publish your manuscript;
- send you messages about your manuscript;
- send you statements and invoices, and collect payments;
- run this website and give you access to its services; and
- send you news about the Journal.
What is published
When a paper is published, its authors’ names and affiliations, and ORCID iDs where given, appear with it on the internet, can be read anywhere in the world, and are sent to indexing services.
Sharing
Where agents or contractors process information for us for these purposes, they must use it in line with this policy. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, in connection with legal proceedings, or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
Security and storage
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions against the loss, misuse or alteration of personal information. Information may be stored and processed in the countries where we and our service providers operate.
