Article processing charge
The article processing charge is payable only after your manuscript has been accepted, and nothing is charged for a manuscript that is not accepted. Once the charge has been paid, it is not refunded if you withdraw the manuscript or decline to make the revisions requested.
If you pay more than once for the same paper by mistake, the extra amount is refunded. Apart from this, refunds are made only in unavoidable circumstances.
Hard copies
Hard copy orders (paper booklets and printed certificates) are available to Indian authors only, and cannot be cancelled once placed. An order is refunded only if the courier does not attempt delivery three times. If you refuse a delivery, a charge of ₹100 applies for it to be delivered again. Delivery is covered by the shipping policy.

Write to submission@ijlsi.com with your Manuscript ID and the payment ID shown on your receipt.
