Dispatch
Hard copies are dispatched once every two months, about 20 working days after the relevant issue is completed.
Delivery
We ship within India only, free of charge. Shipments are usually in transit for 2 to 7 days, depending on the delivery address. When your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking ID or link from the courier. If delivery takes longer than expected, write to us and we will look into it.
Changing your address
You can change the delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it from the courier if you can, and write to us at submission@ijlsi.com; if it was delivered in your absence, write to us with details. Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value the courier states. Once the courier has investigated a damaged or lost parcel, we send a refund or a replacement.
Returns and cancellations
Orders cannot be returned or cancelled, except as described above for damaged or lost parcels. See also the refund and cancellation policy.
