And this medical waste is also going to make problem for the environment COVID -19 is spreading quickly to different pieces of the world, very soon the clinical waste administration could be a major issue. Because of this medical waste those peoples are coming into the contact of medical waste they will also going to suffer with this virus.

  • Article-38 of the constitution gave direction to state try to maintain the clean and unpolluted environment which is require to ensure the social order and welfare of people.12

To protect the environment the court can take an affirmative action by mandating the State to take action on the issue of environment protection.
