The New Era of Criminal Justice in India: A Critical Analysis of New Criminal Laws

The criminal justice system in India is witnessing a transformative shift aimed at enhancing its efficiency, fairness, and alignment with constitutional principles. This paper, titled "The New Era of Criminal Justice in India: A Constitutional Perspective", provides an in-depth analysis of the new criminal laws compared to the previous legal provisions, examining their implications on the fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution of India.
